At Ghrta, we take immense pride in the purity and quality of our Desi Cow Ghee. However, if you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

As our product is a consumable food item, we do not accept returns once the product is opened, used, or the packaging is tampered with.

If your item is damaged, leaked, or wrongly delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details.

Eligibility for Refund/Replacement

You are eligible for a refund or replacement if:

  • The product was damaged or leaked in transit
  • You received the wrong quantity or variant
  • The seal was broken or packaging compromised on delivery

📸 We require photographic or video proof of the issue within 48 hours.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

Please email us at ghrtaghee@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID
  • Issue description
  • Supporting photos

We will respond within 48 hours and initiate the refund or reshipment if approved.

Refund Method & Timelines

  • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed via the original payment method (Razorpay)
  • It may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your bank account

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly sent due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products
  • Products returned without valid reason
  • Orders placed with incorrect addresses or contact details

Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it hasn’t already been packed or shipped.
